The Captain's Landing is located right on the waterfront just a five-minute walk to the shops and cafés of Devonport and the ferries to downtown Auckland, a 10-minute boat ride away. Guests can watch the passing marine traffic from the comfortable lounge or outside on the sunny patio. Accommodation is a spacious two-bedroom suite of rooms with its own sitting room that opens to a separate entrance with private decked area for outdoor dining or relaxing.

The Captain's Landing is Bo's retirement activity after many years at sea as a captain in the merchant navy. Margaret serves a leisurely breakfast of cold and cooked delicacies at The Captain's Table in the dining room upstairs.
