Sitting on the edge of the lake, this contemporary home offers trout fishing all year round in Lake Rotorua and at the mouth of the Waiteti Stream, only metres away. The quiet garden setting, free of sulphur fumes, is broken by the sounds of birds that frequent the area. The upper floor of this two-storey home is designed for guests and includes three ensuite bedrooms, dining room, large lounge and conservatory with panoramic views over the lake.

Graham will spend many an hour on the stream bank sharing his knowledge of fishing and swapping fish tales. A canoe and fishing rods are available and guests' catches can be cooked. Lyndsay serves a continental and cooked breakfast and will arrange activities for guests.
