The property is a late 1800s Victorian Townhouse that has been extensively renovated and tastefully refurbished with the new owner's flair.

Only steps away for an early morning stroll through the park are the Christchurch Botanic Gardens. Breakfast can be taken in the luxury dining room or alfresco in the private paved courtyard with open gas fire. A shared lounge and outdoor barbecue area are available for guests to share their experiences over a glass of wine, coffee or tea.
